I'm also excited and honored to be asked back to the Filmmaker Summit at Slamdance. Last year's was great, but the format has changed this year - less panels, but I think they will be strong. Lance Weiler's name on a panel (or anything else) means it's not worth my time. Has anyone seen his films? No? Well, they're terrible. Amateurish Awful. He's a self-promoter but that's all. No value to filmmakers. This is what's wrong with indie film... is ANYONE paying attention to that?
Anonymous is entitled to opinion of course. I can say now, however,that I've downloaded the Sundance app and it definitely wasn't worth a buck, much less 5. No P$I schedule, most things just link to a website like YouTube. The only video pre-loaded is from Lance, Anonymous definitely shouldn't buy this! If you took everything wrong with an app.....
